Basics
Describe yourself briefly.
Daniel has worked on rural education projects in India, Ghana and Kenya before coming to Global Cycle Solutions in Tanzania to support their work in rural development. He graduated from MIT in 2008 with degrees in math and physics. In his spare time, he reads The Economist, plays ultimate Frisbee, works on rural innovation centers in Tanzania and helps out with organizing the International Development Design Summit.
Describe your Unreasonable Venture in 100 words or less.
Develops and sells affordable, accessible, and appropriate technologies in the form of bicycle add-ons that attach to a bike through a GCS-developed adaptable interface. Additionally produces programming to maximize the impact of the technologies in communities where we work.
